We are looking for a strategic Vice President of Talent & People that will partner with the Chief People Officer to prioritize and advance the talent acquisition and people strategies to align with the organization’s goals and meet the company’s growth projection. As the Vice President of Talent & People, you will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations and compliance. Your leadership will drive initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture and empower employees.

How you can make an impact:

  • Strategic partnership: Be an integral part of the HR team and broader senior leadership team to execute on the vision and strategy as well as drive excellence across multiple locations.

  • Talent and Strategic Growth: Drive talent attraction, recruitment and retention. Partner with our Chief People Officer to execute on strategic initiatives, brand awareness strategy, talent acquisitions, and global expansion.

  • Employee Engagement: Align HR policies and programs to promote employee retention, engagement and performance. Build strong engagement in multiple locations and global offices.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities to support business outcomes and data-driven recommendations.

  • HR Team Leadership: Serve a team of HRBP and Talent Acquistion experts through professional developments and achievements to be a best-in-class HR trusted advisors to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of HR experience, with at least seven years in senior HR leadership roles.

  • Own and create People policies and practices, and identify and implement long range strategic talent management goals

  • A trusted partner who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contribute

  • Experience working with Talent Management to enhance culture, support the brand, values and employee value proposition

  • Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence across the organization.

  • Creative out of box thinker to drive talent management.

  • Prior leadership experience in a global consulting or professional services firm.

  • Passion for knowledge and a propensity towards curiosity
