Responsibilities

Marketing Team Collaboration
- Support marketing initiatives on ideating, planning, scheduling and implementing, working closely with the team to ensure deliverables, goals and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and update marketing materials, design projects, presentations and reports.
- Support the Marketing lead, team and internal clients on key projects, initiatives and process improvements.
- Leverage understanding and branding and design best practices; use EPE brand guide to ensure brand consistency across all content and marketing materials.
- Innovate to bring fresh marketing ideas and best practices to Marketing team for continual improvement and cutting-edge best practice adoption.
Business Unit Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet business unit needs.
- Engage with business unit staff on email marketing and other campaigns; help create and implement audience engagement campaigns leveraging Salesforce.
- Optimize website content through content development and design best practices.
- Design print and digital advertisements. Coordinate on advertising for print and digital publications.
- Support proactive storytelling, messaging, brand and leadership positioning initiatives.
- Create compelling content. Uphold consistency across the brand
- Review and critique content to boost quality assurance and ensure content strategy and standards are met in practice.
- Track performance metrics for digital advertising, email marketing and web traffic. Leverage data to inform high-performing campaigns and content creation.
- Engage with internal and external Marketing & Communications consultants/support resources as applicable to advance marketing goals and complete deliverables.
- Support market research efforts; help monitor for and identify industry or marketing trends and/or available data that may present opportunities to EPE from a business perspective.
Qualifications

Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, collaboration and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/software, including Salesforce and Adobe Suite for graphic design and content creation.
- Experience with marketing platforms, including web, social media and other digital assets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and an administrative or operational role.
- Google analytics experience a plus. Experience maintaining social media accounts.
- Basic photography/videography skills for high quality web and social content creation.

Location: This position will be located in the Austin Corporate office / Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 remote
Travel: Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
