We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our company's IT operations and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, service delivery, and support teams.

How you can make an impact:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services
  • Develop and implement IT procedures and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
  • Ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and problems using ITIL tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Responsible for inventory and vendor management to including sourcing reliable equipment and establish and maintain vendor relationships.


Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices.
  • Most important is to have a strong customer service mentality.
