We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our company's IT operations and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, service delivery, and support teams.
How you can make an impact:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services
- Develop and implement IT procedures and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and problems using ITIL tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for inventory and vendor management to including sourcing reliable equipment and establish and maintain vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Most important is to have a strong customer service mentality.
